We'll also run through the maintenance and startup and shutdown procedures of the fire pump. What we have here today is our electric fire pump. We'll go through all the different valves that work with this fire pump. We've got a maintenance pump, which we'll consider as our Jockey pump. We also have our Jockey pump controller and our fire pump controller. We'll run through all these different tests and start off our fire pump. We have signage here to help us visually identify different components. The supply control valve is the main valve for the fire pump, coming from the underground. If we need to do any other type of work on this, we can shut the water off using this valve. We also have bypass valves and control valves, which will remain in the open position. This is in case our fire pump doesn't come on or is not working. City water can still flow through the bypass and reach the electric fire pump. For our Jockey pump, which is also connected to the underground, we have a supply valve and a discharge valve. To work on any part of the fire pump or the Jockey pump, we would close both the supply and discharge valves for the pumps. Throughout this presentation, we'll be looking at two sets of pressure gauges. The suction valve gauge will show us negative 30 if we start sucking the city water dry, up to 300 psi. The discharge valve gauge will show the pressure of the fire pump, which will be around 190 psi. These two gauges will help...
